Refund Policy

Product Guarantees and Refunds:

Once the order is confirmed and the account is offered and activated, we do NOT offer returns or refunds, because of the IPTV account code we cannot sell it.

The products have a 12-month warranty period during which IG IPTV replaces or refunds any damage or malfunction of the product caused by the product producer.

If we are unable to deliver for any reason, we will give you a full refund.

If you have received an incorrect product or the key code has not been activated, a refund/replacement is possible.

If the key code cannot be activated for an unknown reason, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and a refund/replacement is possible.

If you have any difficulties with the product you have purchased, contact us first with the description of your problem accompanied by screenshots or photos taken by a digital camera to give us a clear idea to assess the situation. We have technicians on staff who will assist you with the installation and activation of your software. Your order will be eligible for a refund in the rare circumstances where our support staff cannot resolve the issue.
